Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a variety of cleaning activities, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing.
- Handle specialized cleaning tasks as assigned.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning methods and equipment to clean and maintain upholstery in offices, common areas, and other designated spaces.
- Train and mentor junior staff members on cleaning techniques and best practices
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
Requirement:
- Proven experience as a cleaner or similar role in a professional setting.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment and machinery.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
